As an estimator for Nakoma Construction, he establishes relationships with general contractors, negotiates and reviews contracts, and prepares budgets and detailed proposals, requests for information (RFI) and responsible contractor ordinances (RCO). Evan Jones Project Manager Over 10 years of extensive experience in commercial construction Evan oversees and manages the day to day operations of the company’s growth and production. He handles client coordination, oversees schedules, manages contractors to ensure quality production and safety compliance. He also tracks progress of each project against goals, budgets, and timelines. Evan joined Nakoma in 2017 as a field foreman and now oversees all project management for Nakoma Construction. Arnoldo Roblero Project Manager For the past 2 years Arnoldo has dedicated to working in interior construction. He oversees residential and commercial project development as well as being the main point of contact in identifying and resolving complex issues. He supervises day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards. He also identifies, evaluates and implements new ideas, technologies or process improvements to increase organizational efficiencies and cost savings. Angel Holzapfel Office Manager Angel has over 10 years experience in the construction industry. She is in charge of coordinating subcontractors, and processing invoices; maintaining databases, collecting expense data, and handling the recruitment and training of employees. She is responsible for scheduling inspections, payroll, she also checks and reviews construction project plans, which may involve meeting and liaising with architects, surveyors, and engineers to examine construction project plans and determine the requirements that are necessary for its completion.
